*We are entitled to pursue claims, and we must also be prepared to repel any claims made against us. This entitles us to process personal data for this purpose as well.

Your data can be transferred to such entities that help us with our business activities and process your data on our behalf, the so-called data recipients. They can be:

You provide us with your personal data VOLUNTARILY – the Administrator does not oblige you to provide any data. It is not a legal obligation to provide the data. However, this data is necessary for the functionality of our website, e.g. in order to provide you with the contact form, and is necessary to launch the SETTLE.INN. Failure to provide data will prevent you from using the ALL.INN SERVICE initiated by the form.

The Administrator shall prevent the unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying your personal data that is transferred electronically by using the software enabling it to control the flow of information between its IT system and the public network, and to control actions initiated from the public network and its respective IT system. Your data is safe with us.
