Booking your room
Yes.
Price & payments
The rent includes fully furnished and equipeped room and all utility bills (electricity, gas, water). Additionally, as part of the rent, you receive:
- Internet access
- Use of the laundry room with washers and dryers (open 24/7)
- Ongoing maintenance and technical support
- Access to all common areas – kitchen, living room, study rooms, exercise room
- Room cleaning once a month
Room equipment, shared spaces & services
We clean the common areas every day so that everyone can enjoy a clean and well-maintained environment. Your room is cleaned once a month. If you need more frequent cleaning, you can use this service for an additional fee.
Moving in & moving out
In many cases, we can allow people to move in early at a daily rate, but you will need to contact the residence team to check the availability and cost.
Living at all.inn
Our common areas are open 24 hours a day unless alternative opening hours are advertised.

Submit your ID, student confirmation to prove your identity.
Review & Sign the Agreement
We’ll send you a rental agreement to review and sign it.
Pay the Deposit
Secure your booking with a deposit payment. Once it’s received, your room is officially reserved.
